Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an EdgeFlow account, starting a paid trial, or using the Service in any form, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Risk Disclosure, the Earnings Disclaimer, the Cookie Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, and the User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Operator
EdgeFlow (the “Service”) is an independently operated software project based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). Lemon Squeezy LLC, a Delaware company, acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and is responsible for collecting payments, charging applicable VAT and sales tax, issuing invoices, and processing payment-related disputes per Lemon Squeezy's terms.
3. Service
EdgeFlow is a behavioral analytics and journaling SaaS for self-directed traders. We do NOT provide financial advice, brokerage, signal services, fund management, or any regulated financial product. We are a software tool only.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country.
5. Account
You are responsible for your credentials, all activity under your account, and immediately notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed via LemonSqueezy on the cadence selected (monthly or annual). The 1-day trial requires a payment method on file; if you do not cancel before the trial ends you will be charged the full subscription. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing for future billing periods with 14 days notice via email.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. See the separate Refund Policy. By starting use of any paid feature you expressly waive any statutory cancellation right where the law permits such waiver (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and equivalent provisions under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable).
8. Acceptable Use
You may not (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, (b) upload illegal content or content infringing third-party rights, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (d) use the Service to evade taxes, launder funds, or violate sanctions, (e) share your account credentials with others.
9. Intellectual Property
EdgeFlow, the EdgeFlow trademarks, the Service code, AI prompts, scoring algorithms, designs, and all derived analytics are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of trade data and journal entries you submit ("Your Content") and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
10. AI Outputs
AI-generated reviews, coaching, and behavioral scores are statistical outputs, not professional advice. They may contain errors. You alone are responsible for trading decisions.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless a non-waivable consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
