Refund Policy

Lemon Squeezy LLC is the Merchant of Record. Refund disputes filed via Lemon Squeezy will be evaluated under the same no-refund policy stated here.

All EdgeFlow subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This is because:

  • The Service delivers digital analytics computed and rendered the moment you log in.
  • Every paid feature, including AI reviews, scoring, and reports, consumes compute on first use.
  • The 1-day trial gives you full evaluation access before any charge.
  • You waive any statutory cancellation right where waiver is permitted by law (including but not limited to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content, and the equivalent under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • No partial refunds for unused days in your billing cycle.
  • No refunds for accidental subscription renewal — set a calendar reminder before your renewal date.

You may cancel anytime through Settings → Manage Billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are only considered in two cases: (a) duplicate charge demonstrably caused by a billing system error, refunded within 5 business days, (b) where a non-waivable consumer protection statute in your home country mandates a refund — proof of jurisdiction required.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and blacklisting from future use of the Service.
